About Grace

Grace Bindley Kidd, LMFT, grew up in Malibu and earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Loyola Marymount University before going on to receive her Master of Science from Northwestern University.

From a young age, Grace always felt drawn to helping others and dreamed of creating a space where people could feel safe, supported, and understood. With several years of clinical experience, she now works with children, teens, adults, and couples navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, emotional overwhelm, and personal growth.

Grace values creating a therapeutic environment that feels calm, genuine, and approachable. She understands that beginning therapy can feel vulnerable, and strives to create meaningful connections where clients feel comfortable and supported throughout the process.

Her goal is to help clients better understand themselves, navigate challenges with greater confidence, and feel more grounded and connected in their daily lives.
